1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using a Kaco service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into the relevant transaction. Staff services may be used only by authorized Kaco personnel.

2. Orders, Prices, and Payments

Menu availability, prices, taxes, fees, discounts, and estimated times may vary by branch and may change before an order is confirmed. An order is accepted only when Kaco confirms it. Payment processing may be provided by third parties and is also subject to their terms.

3. Messaging and Communications

You may receive order updates, support replies, feedback requests, and other service communications through channels you provide, including WhatsApp. Promotional messages are sent only where permitted. You can opt out of promotional WhatsApp messages by replying STOP, but necessary service messages may continue for an active request or order.

4. Accounts and Authorized Use

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials or PIN and for activity under your account. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload harmful content, or use the system for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.

5. Staff Content and Records

Authorized staff may submit operational records, messages, files, photos, checklist results, tasks, and reports. Staff users must submit accurate work information and must not upload unrelated, confidential, unlawful, or unsafe content.

6. Third-Party Services

Some functions depend on third-party providers such as Meta and WhatsApp, payment processors, hosting providers, maps, email, and notification services. Their services are governed by their own terms and may experience changes or interruptions outside Kaco's control.

7. Service Availability and Liability

We work to keep services accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kaco is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse, third-party failures, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access when needed to protect customers, staff, the business, or our systems; to investigate misuse; or to comply with law. You may stop using customer services at any time and may request eligible data deletion through our Data Deletion Instructions.

9. Changes

We may update these terms when our services or requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
